Umrah Booking Conditions and Contract:
This is your contract with Safar-e-Kaaba.
If you don’t agree with these terms and conditions, please don’t use this site and don’t access it.
References in these conditions of use to “you,””your,” or “yours” are to be taken as references to the site user
and the user’s company, except where stated or where the context requires otherwise. References to “us” or
“we” are to be taken as references to “safarekaaba.co.uk”

About Us:

The Website is a platform that facilitates the online Umrah packages of hotels, transportation, services, flight
and/or visas as offered by safarekaaba.co.uk, which are the sellers of services on the Website and will be solely
responsible to You for the services sold through the Website.

Demarcation:

These Terms and Conditions of Use and any additional terms posted on this website are by
Safarekaaba. By registering to and using any of our services you agree that you have read,
understood, and are bound by the Terms, regardless of how you register to or use the services. If
you do not want to be bound by the Terms, you do not need to register to use our services.

Security:

When you visit this site, we will collect data that will personally identify you (“User Data”); for
example, you use the site’s “contact us”facilities.
We will only use the User Data to contact you and provide you with information dealing with any other matters.

Booking Agreement:

This is a kind of agreement where pilgrims initiate the deal by showing their interest in availing of
our services in various Umrah packages by safarekaaba.co.uk. This very said agreement will apply to
us once the pilgrim concedes Safarekaaba official receipt and advised money deposits have been paid in the mentioned accounts of the company and on verifications from services providers,official confirmation of flight, hotel, and respective departure times will be made to the pilgrim 7 days before the estimated departure date and time mentioned on the provided receipt from Us.
Pilgrim is required to accept these terms and conditions by accepting this official receipt regardi
Umrah as our principal service here.
All packages booked through us are non-changeable and non-refundable. All deposits arenon-refundable
Cancellations / Refunds are subject to the guidelines/restrictions imposed by the airline company .ess our administration charge. Please note that the refunds are processed in 7-8 business weeks,
and no refunds will be paid out till the same has been received from the relevant airline/supplier.
Passengers are requested to re-confirm their booking(s) with the agents within 72 hrs. Before the flight departure time, obtain information about last-minute changes, irrespective of the guid Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that all your travel documents are correct and good to travel with. This includes your e-ticket, passport, visa, travel insurance (if required), and any
additional documents. Travelers must ensure that their passport is valid for at least 6 months from
their travel.Umrah package, once booked and confirmed after receiving the payment, is non-changeable and non-refundable.
We accept no liability if there is any new law or rule implemented by the Saudi Ministry Of Foreign
Affairs, passengers must comply with them.When you make a booking with us, you acknowledge and agree that we will be acting as an agent only for the relevant tour organizer or travel service provider, including about packages that we arrange, and that neither Safarekaaba nor any of its directors, employees or agents has any liability of any nature in connection with the relevant travel service, except as set out in these Booking Conditions and the Package Travel Regulations.

Cancellation:

Cancellation after issuing a ticket if you or any member is forced to cancel the package will result in
a loss of 100% of the total cost of all travel arrangements in most cases. Please ask your agent.
Charter flights carry a 100% cancellation fee both before and after ticket issue
All amendments/cancellations will incur charges.
If you have made a book, however, from our Journey, the cancellation fees will be an amount
determined by the table below, except where otherwise indicated.

You may cancel your travel arrangements at any time; however, please note that certain travel
arrangements may be non-refundable. You may have an independent travel insurance policy if you
have to cancel for a reason covered by your insurance policy.

Protection

.When you buy an ATOL-protected flight from us, you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This lists.what is financially protected, where you can get information on what this means for you, and who to contact if things go wrong.We, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL Certificate, will provide you with the services listed on the ATOL Certificate. You agree to accept that in those circumstances, the alternative ATOL hold
will perform those obligations, and you agree to pay any money outstanding to be paid by you under
your contract to that alternative ATOL holder. However, you also agree that in some cases it will not
be possible to appoint an alternative ATOL holder, in which case you will be entitled to claim under
the ATOL scheme (or your credit card issuer where applicable).If we, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL certificate, are unable to provide the services listed (or a suitable alternative, through an alternative ATOL holder or otherwise) for
reasonsInoculationscy, the Trustees of the Trust may make a payment to you under the ATOL agree
that in return for such a payment or benefit you assign.

We're ATOL-protected

Read the following terms and conditions carefully as they apply to all bookings made. No variations
shall be valid unless agreed upon and confirmed .The Company acts as agent only in transactions relating to flight, car hire accommodation, package.hotel booking, etc., and books those for you on behalf of the Supplier or Operator (the Principal).
The Company is not the Principal and does not act as the Principal, nor shall it be constructed as being such by inference or otherwise. This confirmation does not constitute a contract. The Company is not liable for the principal actions, failures, or omissions.No booking will be confirmed unless the required deposit has been received by The Company. Have the right to increase prices up to the date on which they receive the balance. Payment of a deposit guarantees your seat, not the price.Boins made will be immediately subject to the principal’s terms and conditions and The Company has no authority to vary them in the client’s favor. The Company will attempt to fulfill the Client’s requirements to its best abilities and, in the event of a co-increase, will pass such complaints to the principal concerned on the Client’s behalf. As agents only, The Company will not be able to commit the principal to their local course of action.

Passport and Visa.

Your passport expiry must be valid for 6 months. We can accept no liability if you are refused entry
onto the flight or into any country due to failure on your part to carry the correct passport, visa
vaccination card, or other documents required by any airline, authority, or Saudi government.
The Company visa service allows you to apply on your behalf for Umrah visas to Saudi Arabia. The
Company is unable to guarantee the obtaining of any visa and consequently accepts no liability
whatsoever for any refusal or delay in obtaining an Umrah visa. The company is also not liable for
any delay in obtaining an Umrah Visa due to the loss of a passport in the embassy or taking more
time to check the documents.

Health:

Health Recommendations inoculations for travel may change at any time and you should consult .your doctor on current recommendations before you depart. Health Requirements for your destination. It is your responsibility to ensure that you obtain all recommended medication and allow all price trips.If you have any special requests, please advise us at the time of booking. If you have any medical problem or disability that may affect your booked arrangements, you must advise us in writing at the time of booking, giving full details.

Prices and Taxes:

The Company reserves the right to change the package price at any time without prior notice, and
employees are informed accordingly. The quoted price of Airline tickets may be increased in case
airlines impose any surcharge, which usually happens if tickets are not issued within a given time
limit. The price may be increased if the government imposes any charges for your travel. The
package price may also be increased as a result of changes in prices by our suppliers in Saudi Arabia
(hotels, transport, etc); in such cases, an increase of up to 5% will be absorbed by The Company. In
case an increase is more than 5%.
Alternatively, you may choose to pay for your package in full at the time of booking, in which case
The Company will fix the price, and no charges or increases will be made.

Any Complain:

If you have any reason for complaint whilst, on your pilgrimage through us, this must be brought to the attention of The Company’s locally appointed agent or the hotel management or other supplier immediately so that action can be taken to tackle the problem. If our agent or the hotel management are unable to resolve the problem, please contact The Company office in the UK immediately. If the problem is still unresolved, record your complaints on a client comment form available on request,and forward it together with full details of your complaint to The Company within 14 working daysafter the end of your Umrah.Generally, in The Company’s reasonable opinion or the reasonable opinion of the airline pilot, thehotel manager, the tour leader, or the other person in authority, your behavior is causing danger,damage to property, or affecting the enjoyment of others, The Company reserves the right to terminate your contract. Should this happen, no refund or compensation would be paid. If yourbehavior results in The Company being forced to pay additional charges, The Company will seek to recover these in full from you.The Company will not tolerate any kind of verbal or physical abuse to its employees by anyone before or during the Umrah package.
